My device show "accessories not supported" - GSM-Forum

Hi,my device is 7.1.1,show me accessories not supported when I put usb cable in pc and sometimes in charger,it transfer data but not charging ,so I've changed the USB port in iPhone 4,but still the same ,I'm using genuine cables,what could be the problem here?,my ip4 is jailed.

try another pc win7 or win8 if same problum just
Change Charging ic its ic problem ...
