update your baseband to ipad baseband,...use redsnow

As IWAGOE said, try to jailbreak with latest Redsn0w with 4.2.1 iOS IPSW file and jailbreak with iPad baseband, then ultrasn0w and hopefully this will work for you

during a restore if there is an error 3194
* Quit iTunes
* Locate your hosts file,c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
* Open the hosts file with Administrator privileges
* Add the following lines to the very bottom of the hosts file:
* 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com

use sn0wbreeze-2.1 select iPhonex,x_4.1_8B117_Restore.ipsw
follow the instructions on sn0wbreeze

* Connect your iPhone to the computer
* Launch iTunes
* Put the iPhone into DFU mode
* Use the iTunes Restore feature as usual with the iOS device
go into DFU mode
* select sn0wbreeze_iPhone 3GS-4.1.ipsw (that has been created by sn0wbreeze)

after a successful restore usually safari and Cydia does not work, .. use redsnow again

no need restor no need jailbreak juste update your iphone with 4.3.3 costum firmware and anstal ipad baseband and enjoy
