Member: 133436 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1577364 Thanks Meter: 191 | is it necessary to put every iphone in DFU with PwnageTool4.1.1 i've created custom firmware for iPhone 3gs and 4g with my friends MAC OSx so can i use those custom firmware on my Windows pc to restore Iphone or i must create custom firmware everytime i need to restore becasue Pwnagetool ask to connect fone at the end of creating custom firmware i think it copy something to phone in DFU mode so after that we can restore with custom firmware becasue after copying CUSTOM firmware to PC i can't restore any iPhone 3gs or 4g eventhough i put them in DFU mode successfully. so what is the solution for this problem??? It guides you through the DFU process, but then also runs the appropriate exploit to convince your device and iTunes that all is legit. The DFU button in PwnageTool is not just your average DFU |
