OMG ... There are three types of 4.x phones : iPhone 4 ( GSM ), iPhone 4 ( CDMA ) and 4s ( support CDMA and GSM in one unit ) and the last one uses only one type of firmware . So you can update Sprint 4s or ATT 4s with the same file of firmware .

There is only the 1 universal for iPhone 4S. Everywhere I look only has this, just like the moderator originally posted. I don't know why that is. It's never labelled as GSM or CDMA.
