Need help ip4 restore org fw error! - GSM-Forum

I have IP 4 GSM World Wide but it can"t restore any FW original,with CFW it ok but when active itune say:"Itunes could not check for an update to the carrier settings for your iphone.
An unknown error occurred(1631)"--->no service

Can anyone shoow me solution to fix that,please!

go to C:/Windows/system32/drivers/etc
u will find file called host
open it with notepad delete Last line
with gs.apple or smthing like that delete it save try 2 restore again u should be ok
