Unhappy Need help-iphone 4 could not restore error 02


HEELLO THERE,
THE IPHONE 4 WAS LOGO HANG THEN TRY TO RESTORE IT VIA ITUNE,BUT FACE PROBLEM,
ITUNE SHOW THE FOLLOWING ERROR,

the iphone could not be restored an unknown error occurred (02)


I HAVE ALREADY TRIED IN ANOTHER 2 PC,DISABLED ANTIVIRUS,NET IS WORKING AND ALREADY TRIED WITH ANOTHER DATA CABLE
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME TO RESTOR THIS IPHONE,

Error 02 happens when you restore your iPhone 4 while the date and time has been reset to December 31, 1969. The date and time resets if you remove the battery from your iPhone or when you don't charge it for a long time. You should of fixed the date and time before you do any factory resets on iPhone 4/4S. Unfortunately, according to my knowledge, the only way to fix this is replacing a resistor which requires soldering.

I personally never tried to replace it, i still haven't encountered that issue physically. This person claimed it worked for him. It won't hurt to try. Good luck sis

Restore you phone via DFU mode. It should help you, otherwise your phone has a hardware problem
