2 PHONE WITOUT SIM CARD SERCHING FOR NETWOK :confused::confused:

iphone is at which state is actvatin or at springboard

i have same problem after update version 5 and when i downgread 4.1 4.3 4.2.1 4.0 4.3.5 4.3.4 but still same no service so any one face this problem if any one have solution for this so please tell me
