a new problem facing in iphone 4

i have one iPhone 4 ,that set problem is factory unlocked, but that one activation time see this mesage

i try more time , more sim put but error is still plz help me

2. Baseband
3. Sim being Used
4. Is it jailbroken?
5. Is it hacktivated or can u access main menu without emergency screen


You can use SAM in lieu of Itunes if you have an activated sim. Depends on which bundle and carrier you are on.

1) os is 5
2)base band is no idia be cose it is emarjancy mode
3)no jail broken (olnly activation mode)
5)no activated , sum days be fore working good, i thing after put cydia then signal not caming. then i do agin restore but activation time see this message(we re soory unabile to activation at this time plz try agin later or plz codact custemer care)
