No "Notifications" Icon in Settings??? - GSM-Forum

I found a 3Gs today and it was OS 4.0 now I installed a custom 4.1 everything is OK exept there is no Notifications bottun in settings, as a result no sounds of any click, before & even after upgrading, so pls help if any body can urgently.
