Member: 1418544 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | No Service ("Phone not allowed") iOS 4.1 jailbroken whit snowbreeze 2.0.2 BB 05.13.04 unlocked w. ultrasn0W It all started a long time ago. My phone was bound to a carrier so i had to jailbreak and hactivate, then ultrasn0w it to be able to use it whit another SIM-card. This solution was working fine for some time but every time i vent to another city i got "no service", but i got the service back again when i went home. Okay so this wasn't a solution i could live with so i contacted the old provider/carrier and got the phone factory-unlocked. Nice i through, and i waited a bit to get the phone unlocked. I then installed iOS 4.0 to see if my phone would allow the new SIM-card without jailbreak or unlock. iTunes congratulated me whit my new unlocked iPhone, i installed my SIM and "iPhone activated". But.... i never get any service and in settings/about/network it says "Phone not allowed". Okay **** it i thought, I’ll just jailbreak/ultrasnow it again. I did the exact same thing as i did the first time with the jailbreak/ultrasn0w, but it still doesn't work it still says "Phone not allowed". Some times when i install my sim, it gets a breif connection and then falls out again. I can install my SIM-card in my old 3G without any problems, it gives me my 3G-network right away, so i don't think it's my carrier. Either way i have tried 12 different SIM-cards from my friends. I tried older versions of ultrasn0w, i tried the unlock without wifi solution (from this forum), i tried jailbroken iOS 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 4.0, 4.0.2, 4.1. with snowbreeze and pwnagetool, i tried 12 different SIM-cards. WTF is going on?? Has anyone ever had these kinds of problems? My iPhone 3GS at the moment: iOS 4.1 Jailbroken with Sn0wbreeze (no hacktivation) BB 05.13.04 Bootrom: 6.4 Modelnr. MC133 |
