Question No WiFi networks detected on iPhone 4S

Hello, I would appreciate it if someone could help. My iPhone 4S doesn't show any available networks to connect to. Both WiFi and Bluetooh are active and can be turned on and off, they are NOT greyed out. I have tried reseting network settings, resetting all settings, and restoring the iPhone, but the problem is still present. Any ideas for possible solutions?

I thought of that, but if both the wifi and bluetooth aren't greyed out, doesn't that mean the ic is ok?
