NO wifi NO imei NO modem 2g Repair needed

i have got one iphone with 1.1.4 version

it says "Repair Needed"

no bluetooth ,no imei ,no wifi,no modem .

i tired all old diffrent solution but got not positive result so pl help me from where to start.i m usning i tune 8.0.2.20

i know its very old problem but not got solution so pl help me how to start.

Restore

1- Put iPhone n DFU
2- Restore to 2.2
3- Run QuickPwn and unlock the iphone.
