that 's means if yu have a 3GS 4.2 or 4.3 yu can now downgrade it
to 4.1 original firmware without a problem, jailbrek ,update your baseband
to 6.15 and unlock easily.

if yu have allready updated your bb to 6.15 use only 4.1 custom firmware
that's all.

yes you can downgrade your 3Gs from OS4.3/4.2.1 to OS4.1 without SHSH and without edited HOST , only with iTunes 10.2.1 and OS4.1 .

PS 1 :
-when finish your device turn to recovery mode > solve it with IREB
-if you have baseband 6.15 flash with custom 4.1 > ultrasnow and unlock.
-if you have baseband 5.11 > 5.13 flash with original OS4.1 > redsnow > ultrasnow .
-if you have baseband 5.14 > 5.15 flash with original OS4.1 > redsnow > ipad baseband > ultrasnow .
-if you have baseband 5.16 flash with original OS4.1 > redsnow > No Unlock and No ipad baseband for 5.16 Modem .

PS2 :
-downgrade from OS4.2.1 to 4.1 = ok
-downgrade from OS4.3 to 4.1 = ok
-downgrade from OS4.3 to 4.2.1 = no
-baseband 5.11 > 5.13 = unlock with ultrasnow directly
-baseband 5.14 / 5.15 = unlock with ultrasnow but only after flashing ipad baseband
-baseband 5.16 = no unlock for now and ipad baseband not work for it .
