you can simply jailbreak and unlock your device

1. connect wifi
2.open safari and type jailbreakme.com....after jailbreak
3. run and upgrade cydia
4.manage/source/add/edit sinfuliphonerepo.com , download package and install ultrasn0w

reboot device

done

would i loose my original lock if i reinstall phone back to new in the future if i decide to get rid of ultrasnow

do and enjoy
after unlock
save shsh blobs in cydia
you can save shsh by tiny umbrella also(saving shsh blobs wil help you later upgrades)
