OS 4.0.1 folder deisapearin :o - GSM-Forum

Hi buddies,
I have a JB 3GS and created some folders, suddenly one folder disappeared and some apps from a second folder disappeared, the funny thing that when I search for the disappeared apps they show up in the result and can run them normally.
Has any one encountered such bug, is there any fix for it...

just restore it and JB again .
all will ok

I upgraded to 4.1 and JB and created a new folder and 2 days later the same folder disappeared , the funny thing its the same folder of the last OS which is for navigation files ????

need little bit more info..sometimes when u sync with itunes folder disapeared ..
