hi , how can i bypasse the passcode of my iphone 4S

you have to restore your phone using itunes.
this will delete all the data saved in the device.
after the restore if your phone had icloud(apple id) linked you have to login the same apple id to make phone work again.
There is no way to bypass lockscreen according to my knowledge for ip4s and laters.

i restoring my iphone but the pb is the icloud idont remember , my ios is 7.1

You can bruteforce it with MFC dongle, or old IP BOX , or you can make DIY Arduino/Tееnsy bruteforce gadget and delete passcode. Just google it.

What is the phone condition now? Does it ask for passcode or it is restored and ask for Apple ID ?
