" comex said on jailbreakme.com Comex released his own version of a patch to protect users against the exploit untill Apple resolve th issue presumably through an iOS update to 4.3.4 So all you have to do is , jailbreak your device, then launch Cydia from your springboard, Search for PDF Patcher 2** , Install the tweak and your good to go.
