1. make sure you can use itunes to browse app store. disable all antivirus for internet and allow internet access to itunes

2. Check hosts file for itunes that it is pointing to Apple #127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com

bro alredy try all way and now setap new windows problem same pls solve my problem i have 2 laptop problem same.i can't face this problem before

did you try disconnect and charge it and again connect battery and try now may be work i have one time get success of this problem
