hello

i have 3g v 3.1.3 basband 05.12.01 jailbraked with redsnow an not unloked so can i jailbrak again with sprite then unlock it ?

If Cydia exist then No need to JB again just add source & install: repo666.ultrasn0w.com, but no problem Jailbreaking it again.

my iphone 3g 3.1.3 jailbroken with redsnow,cydia running very very slow,not downloading packgaes (my internet connection is good) ..if i try to jailbrak again it work ?

You can try Mate, dont need to worry as long as youve save SHSH, Downloading Apps in Cydia take hours mate, i think its normal.
