PLZ HELP ME HOW TO INSTALL cydia without wifi

either use 3G connection or use redsn0w 0.96b3 pwned DFU mode ---> restore to custom firmware... cydia will be pre-installed

first because you are using iPhone 4 you must upgrade on 4.1, in order to use custom firmware....Apple is still signing as far as I'm aware so be quick-
