Just Downgrade to 4.1 official and u and jailbreak with redsnow 0.9.6b6 and then unlock update ur baseband of ipad 6.15 by using redsnow......u will see that in redsnow option........and open cydia and install ultrasnow and u are DONE.....

Try this.very simple guide. tested many time successfully.
Run Ireb4 {fone will become on dfu mode}
Make custom firmware 4.1 via sn0wbreeze 2.1 and flash it via itunes
jailbreak via redsn0w 0.9.6b6
unlock via ultrasn0w
Done.
