My I-phone 3gs ver 3.1.3, I want to flash it again ver 3.1.3, but i can not restored it, all time show

the iphone code not be restored. an unknon error occured (1604)

i use itune 9.2 ver, tell me solution,

Iphone 3gs can be restored only on latest version. You can flash it with 3.1.3 - only with 4.0

Today i am flash i-phone 2g ver 3.1.3 and 3gs ver 4, but why can not flash 3gs ver 3.1.3,

any solution tell me???????????????????????????

try with itunes v9.0

Iphone 3gs can not be flashed to 3.1.3, only to latest version!
