I just want to tell all to beware of a guy saying he can unlock Iphone 4. He told me he will charge me 30 dollars. I sent the money via western Union. As i expected, after collecting my money i called him up, then he asked me to log in so we could chat. Then he told me to add another 70 dollars to which i protested. Then he asked me to sent 50 since he was giving me a discount of 20 dollars. I protested that he had given me a price, only to change the price as soon as he had collecgted my money.

I then asked him to return my money, then he said he doesnt give refunds. He has done nothing, but says cant give me refund.

I have been cheated 50 dollars as i have to refund my UK counterpart who sent the cash for me. He was charged 50 dollars for the transaction.

never use an instant money transfer only paypal. atleast this way you can get your money back.i bought a while ago iphone 4 32gb from england for 330.as soon as i paid all comms stopped i've blocked the payment and a week later i got refund if it was WU i would be done.don't fall for anything what involves an istnant money transfer

abdul mohsin..never heard this guy name before..by the way y did u give him money..there are 3-4 service who can unlock for real..y didnt u contact with them? before??
