can i unlock or jealbreak my iphone 3G with 4.1 version and 5.14.02 modem version

if it is possible please feed me with steps

You can jailbreak your 3G with latest Redsnow or latest Snowbreeze; enough tutorials are available in these pages. But if you need a carrier unlock for the baseband, you will have to wait a little while longer ...
