I have iphonr 3G no wifi and i try with few soft but not success.please help

If you jailbreaked your iphone with other tool than redsn0w or sn0wbreez it will not work unless you install AFC2ADD using wifi.
What is your IOS?!!

It will not work without AFC2ADD installed

you can use cyder install cydia and ultrasnow
