Program Baseband IC on iPhone 4

Hi all. First time posting.
Anyway I need to unlock my ipHone 4. It has a bad ESN and iCloud is locked. I understand all 3 IC's chip baseband + Nand + eprom IC need to be reprogrammed and replaced. Currently I have a naviplus 3000. Got that to program Nand. Soon will be getting an iphone eeprom repair machine for iphone 4S/5/5S/5C from China. That should take care of the eeprom situation.

So after reprogramming and replacing two ic's (Nand and Eeprom), does the baseband ic automatically take on the band and eeprom new serial number? I heard the ip v2 box can do it, but it's really for iPad baseband repair.

Besides an ip v2 box, can anyone recommend machine to handle my iPhone baseband ic repair?

Thanks

Question

Anyone? I know someone out there knows how to match the same serial numbers of the nand and eeprom with the a new baseband processor chip to complete a matching trio. Or should I just replace and program the nand and eeprom chip and call it a day.
