There is no magic download / software that can do this currently, a search of the forum would have told you this.

There is a chance, you may be able to get an Apple Unlock ( sometimes incorrectly called a Factory Unlock ) but this is done through your service provider and depends if they offer this service AND if you meet the criteria.( There is usually a small fee to pay too )
You can also buy this service from some 3rd party dealers but they are mostly massively expensive and can only do the Apple Unlock on phones that are locked to service providers that usually offer the service for much less.
