Radio change quetion - GSM-Forum

I have Verizon 4S and I'm pissed with RSIM because of LTE patch additional payment (I already payed once, RSIM, than IROSE, now with new IOS new paymwnt for new IROSE .....).

As phone is SIM + CDMA, can I change radio just for SIM?

P.S. I have completely broken othe 4S where just radio works and I want to switch it if it is possible.

Somebody now the answer - can I change it?

Correct me if o understood wrong By radio you mean baseband to unlock the phone ?!
verizon phone has factory unlocking service too by the way check sales section for price And availability

It can be changed.
