Re-attach Bezel to Housing?????? - GSM-Forum

I bought a phone from a friend with a broken screen and messed up back. So i ordered a new housing. My only issue is getting the chrome bezel back on. I've got super glue but i'm afraid i'll make a mess. Anyone done this before? what did you use? Thanks in advance!!

don't even think about super glue....
go use adhesive glue they are easy to clean and easy to use.
the only bad this is that you have to hold them in place without moving for at least 5 min. totally harden after 24 hours

Where can i buy that and do you recommend a brand. I live in texas if it makes a difference.

I use loctite super glue with brush on end

which is good its the best super glue

works a treat

Well i had some loctite sitting around the house so to save myself a trip i went ahead and used it. It would've been fine except the tape i used to hold it in place stuck to the super glue like no other. So i had some cleaning up to do. And i found that when i went to put the volume assembly back on, the screw holes were glued shut. I had to redo it and put on a different bezel.. Kind of a pain in the A**!!! But i've got it all together now and it looks decent. If i have to do another one i'm sure it'll be alot better. But the super glue worked fine. I used the "control extra time" loctite super glue. Thanks for the input guys!!
