First Befor Start This Solution Work Only IF U Uplode U SHSH In (Saurik) Server

IF U Ok Go To Next Step

Needed Programes
1-ECID_Grabber.zip Download From Here http://www.difrnt.com/projects/purpl...ID_Grabber.zip
2-Fw-Umbrella-semaphore-221 Download From Here fw-umbrella-semaphore-221.zip
3-SiNfuL iPhone ECID.SHSH Restore Server Tool v1.21 Download From Here SiNfuL iPhone ECID.SHSH Restore Server Tool v1.21_2.zip
4- JAVA java.com: Java + You
5-Sure Itunes

6-Fimware 3.1.2

Here The Instrections
1-Put U Iphone Into Recovery Mode By Holding Home Button And Attach Cable When Phone IS Turn OFF Then Run ECID_Grabber To Get U ECID Number

Copy The ECID Number And Close ECID Grabber .
2-open Umbrella And Put The ECID Number That U Get IT From ECID Grabber

And Press Submit And Wait The Programe Will Create SHSH File Like This

Now U Will Find SHSH File In Umbrella Folder Like This (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-iphone-3.1.2.shsh) And The File Must Be 64 KB Or 66 KB
Now U Get U ECID.SHSH Copy The File And Put It
In SiNfuL iPhone U Will See Folder (ECID.SHSH) Put The File And Rename It To ECID.SHSH
Now Open SiNfuL iPhone ECID.SHSH Restore Server Tool To Make U Server To Can Restore U Iphone Without Apple
U Will See Command Screen Press 1 From U KeyBord

And Continue With Instrection In The Command Screen
In The End U Will See Two Screens (Donot Close It )

Now U Are Ready To Restore U Iphone 3Gs To 3.1.2 Without Any Problem But Keep The two Dos Screen Open
And Put U Iphone Into D.F.U Mode Then Press Shift+restore And Choose 3.1.2 Fimware From U P.C And After the Restore Complete U Will Get Error 1015 If U Downgarde From 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 IF U Just Restore From 3.1.2 The Restore Will Complete Without Any Problem And Close The Dos Screen To Restore U Orginal Host File

One thing to remeber

It is only for people having some problem with their 3GS phones and want to restore to 3.1.2 only if saurik server has 3.1.2 SHSH for the concerning Phone,
So this is nothing to do with unlock jailbreak etc..
