can i recover iphone data .........i dont have backup. can some one help me????????

Yes you can, either use msft guy's SSH ramdisk if on a vulnerable version
or swap the restore ramdisk with the upgrade one and perform a full restore (easier method)

your media partition will remain intact so you will still keep photos, SMS, address book, etc

maybe u can use some recovery software to record it. u can use nice to recover data for mac. I think it really good.
