Both of my 3G is stuck on waiting to reboot. Uploaded the first stages, then got stuck on waiting to reboot? won't go pass it.

I forgot to add that my 3GS did work and is unlocked, but both of my 3G is stuck.

Yes, it just stayed there with no blue bars moving. My 3GS went perfectly smooth.

make sure the ispw you import into redsnow is similar to the one
on your device for me iPhone1,2_4.1_8B117_Restore.ipsw works ok
-I first flash my 3g 3.1.3 or 4.0 or 4.1 with 4.1 (8B117) with Itunes
-Also make sure there is enough ram on comp
-put phone in dfu mode
-make sure no other devices are confusing your usb com
-Your internet connection should be live and good
-redsnow will auto look for ipad 06.15.00 modem patch and patch your phone.
-the rest comes easy, follow prompts, wait for reboot.
-go to cydia and install utrasnow
-reboot device.

what ever you do remember warnings in original post.
try and post results.

easy solution, if you are on 4.1 just download 4.1ipsw
1 :run redsnow select 4.1 ipsw wait for load up
2: tick install cydia and install ipad baseband
3: click next and wait for finish
4: run cydia and intall ultrasnow for unlock

tested on 5 handsets 3g/3gs working fine
