repo666.ultransow.com is blocked, what to do?

repo666.ultrasnow.com is blocked in UAE and can't downlaod ultrasnow. And whatever source I add all redirect to repo666 for ultrasnow. Is there any other way or source without repo666 ? I want to unlock a iPhone 4G and cant download ultrasnow.

where to get new ultrasnow for 4G that I can use with cyder. Old one that released some days before is not working, I tried with cyder.

That is ultrasnow 0.93 can be used for 3G, 3GS. I need to ultrasnow version 1.0-1 for 4G.
