Hi !

Just for test report . I update 3Gs NEW BOOT to 4.0.2

And when we go to JailbreakMe through Safari ,,

It gives you this error :

Welp.
Version too new. You need to
downgrade to 4.0.1/3.2.1 or earlier
(Which may be impossible,
explanation ) before you can use this
site.

So Don't update otherwise u gonna stuck with LOCKED iPhone.

had anyone already tried to restore a disabled 3GS with 4.0 or 4.01 firmware with itunes 9.2.1.5? because yesterday i got a 32gb 3GS MC model that won't accept a restore using a shift key trick.. i'd successfully restored it only with direct download from itunes only with 4.01 firmware... and since 4.02 is now out and not unlockable the same thing might happened if i try to restore it with 4.01... i'm just avoiding the 4.02 firmware to be use in restoring...

Only if saves SHSH can be done other wise must wait again back to CAT N MOUSE
