is nothing new, but many people can help them, this verified in 3g iphone.

no more errors when downgrade your iphone , double click and VOALA..

work only in XP in english if not have xp in english extract the exe and paste the host file en C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

Did not work on mine.

Maybe will work on iphones which has shsh saved with cydia only.

Noting new ! this exe modify host file and write this address 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com .
Not work if you don't have SHSH on Cydia server.
