Restore Stitched custom fw keep getting error 2

I have ip4 with fw 5.0.1/bb 4.10 that are having problems. I tried to restore to custom fw 5.0.1 to preserve bb but keep getting error 11, which is weird because we used to be able to do this before.
After searching thru the forums, stiching is another option that I can use. So i used Redsn0w 0.9.10b6 to stich the shsh blob with the custom fw that i've created before to preserve the bb.
When try to restore with this newly stiched fw, now I getting error 2.

Any ideas?

I don't want to stich the shsh blob with regular 5.0.1 fw because i want to preserve bb.

No way man, because you can't write 5.01 with ur SHSH, saved on external servers, only manual signing is possible . But iFaith don't wanna sign firmware with cutted BB .
(this is followed from my experiments)

iFaith??? I have 5.0.1 SHSH blobs saved by TU. I used Redsn0w to sign the blob. Have to tried this feature with Redsn0w?
You can't do that with iFaith

Maybe it's work for 3Gs ( I havn't in hands) but I can't get success with IP4 .
Something was changed in 5.01 security, we can write manually signed FW with 4.11.08 BB only, not possible with cutted BB .
