Secondhand ipad need help to keep apps - GSM-Forum

I have recently purchased a seconhand ipad with loads of good apps (from all sources)

however when i connect it to itunes it tells me that all the apps will be lost and replaced with apps on my pc / itunes ibrary, i dont want to lose any apps but want to be able to load more 'good' ones via itunes.

Is there a way i can beat this problem ?

Thanks have tried this, seems ok, but it wont allow me to copy apps across to my pc, so i can swap from different pads / phones.
