The SIM card installed in this iPhone does not seem to be supported.

1The SIM card currently installed in this iPhone comes from an operator that is not supported by the Activation Server activation policy. This is not a hardware problem of the iPhone. Insert a SIM card from a supported operator or ask your service provider to unlock your iPhone. Contact Apple for more information.
