Yes the latest redsn0w via mac is untetherd

I believe u need 4.2b3 shsh or something im nt sure. check over at iclarified.com or the redsn0w offical blog

yes u require the shsh blobs from the 4.2b3 firmware and the firmware itself in order to untether

only if u hav shsh saved for 4.0 or 4.1 saved, you can downgrade and enjoy it untethered. 4.2.1 untethered is available only for iphone4 and ipad..... use ur search button next time..

yes you can do it in mac only if you have 4.2b3 shsh saved that all.

No you can't unless you have shshs 4.1 then you can downgrade to 4.1 and have unthetered jailbreak... the totorial mentioned with 4.2b3 works only with iphone 4g and ipod touch 4g

probably not yet possible to untethered.but if you have shsh you may downgrade your iphone to lower firmware thus you can untether your iphone.
