Yesterday I managed to jailbreak my 3g 5.14 boot 6 using sn0wbreeze...

Still waiting for the solution to unlock thought....

Is there any chance i can jailbreak 3GS NEW BOOTROM on 4.0 or higher? Coz i dont have SHSH for 3.x.x roms.Also dont have original carier sim.

For Now No Chance For iPhone 3Gs they are working On 3G For windows so we have to wait.

Tested Ipod 3G 4.1 use sn0wbeeze 2.0.2. I try restore Ipod Custum firmware by Sn0wbeeze and have got Error 1604

instead to jailbreak /unlock maibe dev make his own os...hehe...not so much headache about baseband,bootrom...etc

yes bro i think its not working in 3gs i think you should be in 3.1.2 before make 4.1 correct me mates if im wrong...and also what the solution for the said error above
