Solved, gevey sim "No service" Issue. - GSM-Forum

If you get such problems after few hours or minutes your iphone was having signals through Gevey sim then see the carrier option under iphone iphone homescreen-settings.

If Carrier Option(under iphone homescreen-settings) is missing follow the procedures
Step 1: Turn off your iphone and insert your Simcard and Gevey Sim together.
Step 2: Turn on your iphone and wait for the Sim welcome menu to show and then select "accept"
Step 3: At the beginning a "no service" message will show on your IPHONE, don't do anything and wait until you see one signal bar appears on the top left corner.
Step 4: After you see the signal bar dial "112" and hang up within 2 seconds.
Step 5: Turn on the Airplane mode(Iphone Homescreen-Settings) and then turn off right away. Your iphone will show "Sim Failure" and then "No sim card Installed"
Step 6: Until the "NO SIM CARD INSTALLED" message shows up turn on the Airplane Mode again and turn it off right away again. As the "Sim Failure" shows up wait for fe w seconds.Network signal will show up after few seconds.

If carrier option is still there,try switching airplane off and on if it didn't work then tap on carrier option and let the carriers be loaded(searching will be seen on screen).Then select the corresponding carrier you are using from the list.If it doesnot solve your problem then follow above procedures again.Still if you see same problem then either your carrier has very low signal for gevey sim or you got a cheap Gevey sim please return it and buy a more expensive one.

Does it work with jailbroken phones?, cos mine which is already jailbroken refuse to work.

U can use it with phone power on No need to power off

i dont sell these again...cant deal with the idea of customers coming back too regularly with issues...prefer permanent unlock

I only get no sim tried 5 different gevey sims on 2 iphone 4. With a couple of networks sim

for every 1 using gevey sim...u have to do this steps befor any thing :

1-close notification.
2-close 3g in setting-->network-->enable 3g,and data roaming.
3-close location services.

after that do gevey steps. and u will see ur network signal bar.

tested 1000% worked

press THSNKES if u get what u want...

which gevey sim is the best for iphone 4 4.2.1 baseband 03.10.01... ima go buy one today so id really appreciate the help if some could help me out
