strange i phone 4 problem - GSM-Forum

I have i phone 4 and when I call I can't hear and mic don't work also , but audio and media and recording work fine only on during call I try repair put new parts don't work , same problem this is 6 phone i get with same problem and only i phone 4

i had same problem after change audio ic my problem solved

Can you be more specific about the problem?

As ive understand about what are trying to say is you cannot hear

The voice when someone call you or you trying to call using that iphone

Aight? the problem is not MIC the earpice

mic is in the lower part wid the buzzer

The earpiece is in the upper part mate

well , here both mic and ear piece don't work only during call , but when I use voice memo I can here my recording that means it work fine on recording I can also hears music too so this is the confusing even repairing and restoring it stay same

voice memos then click the speaker icon and done it, should fixing ur ear piece n mic during call

I have the same problem with many iphone 4, no sound when call but all is ok (voice memo, music ok). Now i return to customer directly if this problem. I post in this forum on an another discussion about this, i try many tips but: nothing. (change flex charging, top micro, earphone...)

Today i have one I open battery cover. This one, when i make call and when i press the top of mother board (in metallic plate blindage, on audio ic) the sound work. i remove my finger the sound don't work.

I don't test rehot, tomorrow i test that.
WIDE, test this tip, make call and press slowly the top of motherboard.
