Hi friends,
please help me... I need to activate my new iphone 4s with ios 6.1.3. It is not blacklisted, and the friends of the forum checked for me and it is operator lock.

If someone can check please for carrier the imei is this. 013190004227058

They say that it is At&t usa, but with my rsim 9pro and at&t settings, when I try to activate it, is written: "The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information".
it seems as if the operator lock of iphone was another .. can you help me please? thanks in advance..

ok sorry, but I solve it the problem is because it is of another carrier.. Now working with Ios 6.1.3 but I have a question.. With r-sim 9 pro can I update it to Ios 7.1?
