Strange unknown iPhone 4 from USA - need help for SAM unlock URGENT! - GSM-Forum

Can someone please verify this Iphone 4 32GB IMEI 012746003622226. I cannot activate this phone even with AT&T card and it was purchased in USA. I tried all combinations to activate it through SAM selecting other US carriers but not working (always getting damn message SIM card is not supported! If anybody could get some more information about this specific phone I will reward him. I don't know who else to contact (neither AT&T nor Apple Tech Support wanted to help - they are just acting clueless).

Currently I just managed to hacktivate it and use it as iPod Touch

AT&T Unlock 90 $ Time 2---7 days but may b more Time for unlocking .......

Anyone able to check for sure which carrier this phone is locked at and if its blacklisted or no?
