strong prblem after update 4 (blocked)

my phone was 5.01 and wifi problem(grey) after uptade to 5.1.1 itunes can't active the phone and phone no service even after jailbreak.

restore several times to 5.1.1 and 4.3.3 with itunes 9 - 10.1 - 10.6 - 10.7 but same.
