my windows 7 32bit keeps on restarting during restoring data...do i have to set compability mode to winxp sp2?

after upgrade the baseband my fon is having hang problem and then i try run 4.1 firmware by i tunes on my device but it fails seniors plz help to revive this fon thanks inadvance

run as administrator
disable firewall
