Hi, I just replaced the power, proximity flex cable on the 4s, it was working fine before just the old original flex cable had the broken power button and after replacing it the 4s won't turn on with the power button and the USB cable......could the flex cable be faulty I'm hoping it's the new replaced flex cable and when I connect it to the USB it does this loop beep with a vibration over and over but no booting, no apple logo etc. ....

just try to replace it with another new one. if ever the problem insist, you have no choice but to go to the apple center.
