i have shsh saved for my iphone but tinyumbrella-4.30.03 not start tss server why?

Try to highlight saved shsh then start TSS Server.

i wont to downgrade iphone4 4.3 to 4.2.1 and i have shsh saved modem 1.59.
but tss server cant start ...
