Hi, Im new here, my bro gave me his verizon iphone so I tried to activate in my country but no luck because no ota activation is available here. Im still trying to do it

via prl programming.
In many articles I read the iphone verizon has a dual-standard gsm/cdma chip so I have a question ,is there a way to transform an iphone cdma like verizon into an iphone gsm?

Yes it Possible bro

i have iphone verizon with version 5.0.1 and i used with 2 sim ( dual sim ) i transform my iphone verizon to gsm with [ GMATE ]

GMATE Bluetooth is Dual SIM for ( ipod touch , ipad , htc , galaxy S etc...)
U can use this GMATE to work with all sim card operator without any unlock or something working onn all version that have CYDIA

Cydia is important to have to work this thing

no bro gevey is micro chip to unlock iphone and GMATE is Bluetooth Dual Sim to unlock u'r iphone without any operator or something...

Work on Ipad 1,2 , Ipod touch 2g,3g,4g , Iphone 2g,3g,3gs,4g and 4s soon when will be release cydia

Verizon iphone 4 has no sim card to begin with. Only 4s has sim. with those could be possible.

To use Gmate , device is actual phone, iphone would control phone. Interesting theory. Love to see it in practice.

no bro u don't need to have sim slot in iphone ( gmate ) sync with bluetooth to iphone and work dual sim Iphone verizon , ipod touch and all other phones work succsesfully i have iphone 4 verizon and i use gmate working perfectly dual sim
