I'm upgrading from 3GS 5.1.1 to 6.1 with baseband 06.15 I have a foreign phone and then use it to make it go but going to 6.1 by installing Ultrasn0w Ultrasn0w Fixer 6.0 + Unltrasn0w the sim work?

Only,if you downgrade baseband whit redsnow .

it doesnt work for me

Ultrasn0w isn't updated to support iOS 6.1. The update will be released in a week.
